There will be a small selection of paintings and prints on show from Lucy Filce's back catalog of paintings over the years.  The highlight of this exhibition will be a one day workshop by Lucy Filce of her 'Alternative Art' program.  'Alternative Art' is a workshop based on meditation, breathing, movement and visualisation in an effort to come home to ourselves, to experience ourselves as we are and paint through that experience.  All painting is done with our non-dominant hand so that we can get away from trying to make everything perfect and just absorb ourselves in the creative experience.  For more information please contact Lucy.
